I’ve been looking for a vet that I feel good about taking my fur baby to. This was our first time taking our dog to Paradise. I can confidently say we will be entrusting our dog’s care to them for now on! Dr. Griffin and the rest of the staff were very informative and kind. They answered all of our questions and more. I can’t recommend enough!

Didn't know how good we had it here until we moved and had to find a new vet. This was our first vet with our first pet and in my opinion they set an astoundingly high expectation for us. We were recommended by a family friend and they did not disappoint. The pet care is top notch, we saw a variety of veterinarians and vet techs over the years and every one was great with our pup - they work to establish trust with the animal, they'll get on the ground and sit with them, give them all the treats they could dream of (owner approved of course). They respect the animal's boundaries in a perfect balance (ie our dog's boundary was no butt stuff, and they were willing to skip taking his temperature as he was overall healthy and that was unnecessary at the time). From a customer perspective, they always seemed very honest about recommended care, what was necessary vs what was more optional. They provide pricing up front and I especially appreciate that they were low-pressure, giving you time to consider options and prices before having to make a decision. We did have to go through 1 operation on our pup with these guys and they were amazing with him. They gave us regular updates throughout the day on how his procedure was going and how he was recovering. After moving too far away and trying a new vet, we can also acknowledge that their prices are more than fair.

On January 3, 2026 we had to lay our 15 year old Coby pit bull to rest. I was very hesitant in doing so because he was a friend a family member and a protector. I called Paradise to find out the procedure and they made room for us on that day. Dr. Griffin and her staff were very pleasant and brought us to a separate area for the procedure. They were very patient, and kind, and gave us the time we needed to spend with our beloved Kujo. Thank you Dr Martin as well and all the staff at Paradise because they were all so kind. Dr Griffin, Kimme and Lizzy were very understanding and listened to our stories and memories about Kujo. God blessed us with this kind soul and if I ever get another pet I will be going to Paradise for any veterinarian needs. Thank you all so much.

I wasn't very happy with my last visit with my dog. Ive have never dealt with this particular veternarian before that saw my boy. I was a little put off by her. Im not getting into the situation, but it really pushed me enough that im searching out another vet. Ive been going back and forth over the past couple years because I feel like they just want ppl to spend unnecessary money! But this visit last week finalized my decision. And Ive been going to this vet for at least 15 years. And also another customer was coming out of the examination room and him and I were introducing our dogs. Not sure who it was that came out into the waiting room. Maybe a veterinarian, or a vet tech, but she practically scolded me and the other client for allowing our dogs to meet. Im sorry its a damn vets office! The way she approached the situation was like she was chastising 2 children for not listening.
